This text aims to show some methodological proposal in music teaching to approache the role of music at Art disciplin in basic brasilian school. By bibliographic research was possible to note that art classes, in the most of cases, brings visual art contents instead of musical ones. Another condictionary factor that motivates this study is that the great part of the art classes are conducted by teachers that haven’t art or musical knowledge. Considering the brasilian new law of education (n.11.769/08) that establishes the teaching music obligatoriness in all schools, the teachers without music training and formation took these classes temporarily. In this way the study intents to show some colective and ludicians metodological proposals in music education that can help this teacher to take music in their art classes. The text, at all, stress the relevance of the role of hearing as a fundamental element in thats methodological approaches, and looks especially to Murray Shafer’s principles.
